The Riad was absolutely beautiful and the perfect accommodation for our group. I stayed in the Amber Room and absolutely loved it. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The heater was nice too for it was chilly while we were there. Everything was very clean and organised. The breakfast each morning was delightful and...

I recently went to the beautiful Riad Merstane on a 8 day trip on my own, I cannot say enough how i was looked after and made so welcome. I have a very hectic job and it was total relaxation and pampering, the food was delicious. I loved the roof terrace where I ate my breakfast everyday. My room was...

Gagging for a getaway by September, found some cheap flights and remembered the great stay we had previously at this place. Had a little less to do this second visit so spent more time chilling in the riad and is the perfect place for just that. A little exploration of souks in the morning and restaurants in the evening, all...

We were highly recommended this Riad through a friend and we were not disappointed! From the personal pick-up at the airport, to the warm welcome at the Riad, we enjoyed our days (and nights) in this quieter part of town. All through the Riad there are authentic furnishings and decorations which gets you into the spirit! With delightful rooms (with...

We stayed 4 nights in the amber room which is lovely and cool with the most beautiful double 4 poster bed (very romantic) and antique claw footed bath also with a shower. Staff were amazingly helpful especially...

Riad Merstane is a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. It's some distance from the main square but that meant the area was not full of tourists and we had an interesting 20 minute wander to and from the tourist hub. It provided everything we want - clean, comfortable room, good shower, air-conditioning and very helpful staff. There is...

Thank you for your review - we are glad you enjoyed your stay at the riad and in Marrakech. The downstairs rooms are wonderful in the heat of summer and upper rooms better in winter although we have both heating and airconditioning/fans to make them all comfortable

I flew to Morocco from Sydney and as a solo female traveller was looking for accommodation that was authentic and safe. I was staying prior to taking a Sahara desert tour. The walk to the main square is not particularly hard or over long but the map provided by the manager Rachid is useful; I did get lost but a...

One has to look hard for a place that gives one the kind of attention and service we experienced at Riad Merstane. From the manager Rachid to the cook Rashida and the night guard Rashid we were met with kindness, thoughtfulness and a genuine interest in making our stay in the Riad and Marrakesh memorable.
