We stayed at this hotel for seven days on our trip to Morocco: it is not at the centre of anything like it advertises although it does offer a free shuttle to central areas. No one speaks English and / or French well enough to understand requests however French is supposed to be one of their national languages. All front...

A nice hotel, with some inconveniences. The airport is near, this is good to go there and back, but in some rooms you can hear the planes taking off and landing, not the quietest thing really. You can see it's an aged hotel, some of the grounds and the hotel could do some refurbishment, not really on the 5 star...

We stayed at this hotel in December 2016. Enjoyed our stay and the staff of the hotel was friendly especially Nora was very cooperative. We got a nice huge room overlooking the pool. Our rooms were cleaned regularly The lobby is really beautiful and during the day guests are served with mint tea. Breakfast buffet had more options of sweet...

I stayed here with a group that was originally scheduled for a different hotel, but due to a large convention, the group had to rebook here. Initially the place looked nice -- well kept exterior and lavish lobby. But it is FAR from the center of Marrakesh, and the rooms are serviceable at best. (Dismal might be a better word....)...

We arrived here with a group of about 25. The entrance & lobby were impressive and the hotel was well kept on the outside. The hotel is located some distance from anything...ie. you wouldn't be able to walk to anything as a tourist. We were allocated our rooms, compared room numbers with other members of our group and then proceeded...

We spent one night at this hotel as part of a tour group. It's a bit far from the Medina, and I don't think it's anywhere close to being a 5-star hotel (by Western standards). It's only two floors high, so there's many a long and dark corridor to navigate to get to one's room. The rooms are decent -...

We have been here for one week and it's the worst 5 star hotel we have ever been to. No information, bad organized trips, difficult to communicate in English. The hotel looks okay, but not much service. The worst is that the bed sheets wasn't change once! In one week, and they didn't look clean, spots and dirty. I would...

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel...and I am so pleased it was just the one night. It's awful. From the images it doesn't look so bad...but the rooms are basic, dirty and require an upgrade. It is very far from the city. If you're looking for a stop over and are not fussed regarding the standards...
