Situated in the heart of the medina you enter the front door and all sounds coming from the medina vanish. Welcome to heaven. Extreme friendly staff who pick you up at the corner so you do not get lost on your first evening. Even at 23u you still get the whole package of tips & thinks to know. The rooms...

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and the caretaker was waiting for us when the taxi dropped us off from the airport late at night. The breakfast was good and the place was very clean. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to Jemaa el Fna square. The riad is easy to find and there...

If I could rate this Riad higher then I would. Beautiful accommodation and the loveliest staff, nothing was too much for them. They all went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. They recommended local restaurants and booked tables for us, they even walked us to a restaurant one evening because we were constantly getting lost...

Very quiet Riad in a back lane away from the hustle and bustle yet central enough to walk to souks and main attractions. The entrance is a bit dark in the alley and could do with a light over the door though. The staff are very friendly and helpful (particularly the guys who work over night). Clean rooms and nice...

Dear Eureka! Thanks for your comment. I am really sorry if the air conditionning didn't work correctly but please why you didn't tell me when it's happened? It would be so easy.... I hope you will be back soon at the Riad Chergui. Emmanuelle

We were made very welcome from our "unexpected" late notice arrival by the Owner - Emmanuelle & all the staff. Beautiful clean spacious & luxurious rooms, a lovely large deep swimming pool, food & drinks by the pool - just sensational ! Photos don't do it justice - it's even better. What a fabulous Riad! We were greeted at the airport by our transfer which I would highly recommend as it was reasonably priced, air conditioned and friendly door to door service. The individuals who collected us also run the tours from the Riad so you have the opportunity to enquire about these. We received a friendly welcome and were provided...

The riad is a perfect place to stay. The staff is very kind and helps you where they can, they help with booking a cap and other reservations. The rooms are very clean and big, the price is fine. We eat a tajine, it was very good. When we come back to Marrakech we will visite again at this riad.
