I don't know where to begin with my recommendation of this Riad in the heart of Marrakech. They organised transport from airport (waiting at arrivals with our name on a card) and delivered us to a taxi rank and handed us off to a man with a hand-trailer to take our bags to Riad Jona. We would have struggled to...

This was our first time to Morocco, and we stayed 4 nights at the Riad Jona - a perfect oasis of calm in the mayhem of Marrakech! The location is great - less than 10 mins to the main square Jemaa el-Fna, and easy walking distance to all the main sights within the Medina, but it's down a little alley,...

We arrived late at night to be welcomed by a lovely guy called Salah. I can not speak more highly of him and same with other staff members. The riad is in a perfect location; easy walking distance to Jamma El Fna.The rooms are lovely and cater for couples and families and decorated in beautiful Moroccan style. We didn't eat...

Just arrived back from 4 nights in this Riad. It was an amazing stay from start to finish. The location is great for the square and old town. The team that took care of us were so amazing. The service we experienced was as good as any 5 star hotel. The team were always on hand for anything we needed....

My wife and I stayed for a week at the Riad Jona in Marrakech. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the riad for other couples. The most positive features were: The staff: always friendly, always polite and always available. The location: the riad is about 10 minutes' walk from the main square, Djemaa el Fna, and a shorter walk in...

We have just stayed at Riad Jona for 5 nights. We payed for transfers on booking but the Riad sent us a welcoming and useful email afterwards where we could have paid for transfers with them and would have been taken straight to the Riad (we had to pay a small amount of money to be shown where to go...

We stayed in Riad Jona for 4 nights in December. To get to the riad, you can take a cab and get off at Place des Ferblantiers. Then you can enter a gate and walk along the street Riad Zitoun Lakdim and turn right and another right. When you start asking yourself whether you get lost, you will see riad...

The friendliest team, great location, excellent food rivalled by none, and simply so comfortable there is a risk this retreat will keep you away from the hustle bustle of the old city. We stayed here in 2015 and being so popular it was difficult to get another booking. So we came anyway and visited for the day "like old friends"...

If you want authentic experience about the culture of Morocco; stay in a Riad. It's way better and than hotels. The staff at Riad Jona does their best to make everyone comfortable. Fatima and staff at kitchen; Youssef, Salah, Rashid, Mohammed, Hasan etc are all fantastic. Charles keeps his cool in any situations and addresses them in right priority.

Could not be happier Wonderful and friendly staff and management. Nothing is too much trouble. Modern rooms with great showers. Quiet, safe, eight minutes from the mad fun of the main square. Beautiful Riad.
