During our visit the normally cool weather turned up into the thirties but the air conditioning is not under your control and we were told to switch it off as it was on "winter" settings and would make room warmer. However we did enjoy the hot days. The hotel has excellent food and staff but the best service is at...

My wife and I stayed in March for our anniversary. The hotel is brilliant and has many great features. First impressions: you get off the bus and your bags are immediately taken off you by the busboy, moving them for you, ready to take them to your room. You sit down in the courtyard and are given a cool towel...

The hotel is in dire need of a refurb, it's a 3 star at best. That said, the garden and location are lovely. Marrakesh itself is beautiful - the culture, the people, the sites - there's no place like it. Unfortunately I fell very sick 5 days into the trip and thinking it was heat related, just wanted to get...

What a wonderful week, you would not believe that you were in the middle of Marrakech when in the hotel gardens, its so peaceful, like an oasis. Food was fantastic, definitely something for everyone. There was a special cooking station in the main buffet restaurant each night and how the food was put on your plate was like being in...

This was our 2nd visit here and, if anything,, it was even better than the first. Our room, which overlooked the pool, was an improvement on our last side room, and the wine, soft drinks, fruit and water which was left for us, was a lovely surprise. It's also one of the few hotels in Marrakesh that supply tea and...

Stopped in November last year. The hotel is not far from the airport and can't be beaten for location. Turn right for the new town, left for the old - and the latter is definitely the better of the two. Food was lovely & varied; especially breakfast and the service in the restaurant was very good. The speciality restaurant wasn't...

This was just a short stay (4 nights all inclusive ) after getting a good deal on flights and hotel. I'm going to keep it short as we didn't intend to do a lot apart from soak up a little sun. In fact I underestimated the power of the sun as the weather was not particularly hot but still managed...
