This is definitely a unique place in Marrakech. Lovely hotel, intimate place, beautiful rooms, well located, good internet and very, very nice people to serve you. You will walk through very local tiny alleys that will make you feel scared before reaching the hotel door but yes, that's the place. Sofia, the general manager, makes all she can for a... More

Super rooms, price quality great, owner very helpful. We were there with 7 friends and found this Riad one of the nicer ones in this area. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms, fine breakfast and decorated lounge area.

Riad Aya is a stunning oasis with an exceptionally friendly English-speaking staff and beautifully appointed air conditioned rooms. There is a nice view of Marrakech from the rooftop as well with many lounge chairs and small pool. Wifi worked well and breakfast times were very flexible. Sofia and Simo took great care of us over 3 nights and I look... More

Riad Aya is very nice because of its beautiful architecture and its central location. But it is also very silent. Rooms are very clean and in oriental style incl. air con. Staff also serve cold beer !

I visited Riad Aya in late August with 2 friends. Riad Aya exceeded our expectations both in accommodations and service. Both common spaces and rooms are exquisitely designed. The pool is a welcome amenity in the middle of the city I highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting Marrakech. The staff is wonderful and make you feel at home as... More

It was a lovely place! The staff was so nice. We had a warm welcome and they kept smiling from the first day we came to the last day. The food was just phenomenal (a well-furnished menu with a starter, a main dish or even two sometimes and a dessert _ all are homemade): if you want something special for... More

We were very warmly welcomed by the Aya Riad staff. The rooms were really neat and cosy. Sofia suggested us some one-day hikes that we enjoyed a lot. And what to say about the food that was really excellent. The stay at the riad was one of the major points that made us love our trip to Marrakech!

I really enjoyed the location, staff, food and accommodation at this Riad and would highly recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble Sofia and staff helped with my bags, lent me a power adapter, made special meals for me, they were just too kind.

We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Aya. All the staff was efficient and friendly especially the manager Sofia. She took us into atlas mountains and arranged a wonderful day trip. In house food at Riad Aya was delicious with a good variety of dishes on offer. Overall we loved it and would certainly go back again.
