My friend and I went on a Christmas get away to Marrakesh and this particular Riad was so simple and so perfect. From the amazing services provided to a beautiful breakfast on the roof top terrace, we had such a fantastic stay. The guys are so lovely and incredibly helpful. The place it's-self in a great place, just around the...

Riad Taghazoute and Hussin the guesthouse manager absolutely made our stay in Marrakech, from the moment we arrived and throughout he was simply helpful. Upon booking the Riad, Hussin emailed me directly to confirm and advise directions as the Riad is somewhat tricky to find the first time around and to offer an airport transfer, however we were coming from...

A perfect riad for the money paid, location is right in the square, it's a very clean and friendly riad, we used to come back late and they were always welcoming even 3 in the morning, hussain is a great person who speaks really good English and always helped us with guiding us to different places and helping us with...

This Riad has a great location, very near the Jemaa el Fna. It is not too expensive and communication via e-mail was quick and correct. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport for 120 DH. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, cosy and colourful. Bathroom is simple but clean and rooms get...

We stopped twice last week, (left luggage service was very helpful) .The rooms were good en suite with nice hot showers and air conditioning. The staff were always available, very helpful and attentive giving us lots of advice on what to see etc. And it is located a five minute stroll from the Jemma el Fna - would definitely stay...

Hotel is small, but very nice. Staff are very helpful. The receptionist/ owner speak English and he shows us how to get around Marrakech before we leave the hote. Breakfast was ok. Homemade orange juice is provided every morning and I love it. Rooms are a little bit cold at night. Our friends who live on the 3rd floor mentioned...

Riad is located at the edge of the medina, just a 100 metres from Jemma el-Fnaa square. The price is okay, the rooms and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was okay as well (tea, coffee, marmalade, butter, omelettes). The receptionist Hasan was very helpful. He gave us lots of useful information including how much to pay fo the taxi or...

The riad is well located, although it is not the best place you can stay for the amount they ask per night. We stayed 3 nights, and we lost two of our included breakfasts because we were catching a bus at 8.30 AM and they refused giving it earlier. Also, WiFi doesn't work and if you ask them they say...

Very friendly Staff... Very Helpful. Anything Requested was dealt with. They even allowed us to print our boarding passes for the plane trip home. Rooms very spacious... plenty of seating and Cushions. Kitchen. Cooking facilities basic but sufficient for our use. Good fridge present. Shower and bathroom was very good. Door porter also very helpful. Thank You Riad Taghazout!

The staff tried to rip us off at every turn. They would not help answer any of our questions or find any restaurants/businesses unless their friends ran the business. In fact, they told us many times that things "are closed the rest of the night" even though we went our by ourselves and found a million businesses open. They also...
