PROS: friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, rooftop an great location CONS: the rooms are so-so....no real separation between the room and bathroom in the room we had, so it gets really hot and has a damp smell.

We did our booking two months in advance and at the moment we arrived we were told that the hotel was full. Layla did the effort possible to keep us happy and got us a room in another place around the corner, still a nuance after driving for hours in a strange country

We've been very spoiled along our Morocco trip so far, so when we arrived at the Riad Yacout, it didn't quite compare. The riad is beautiful but a bit outdated. The service was friendly but when we needed help getting taxis and rides, they weren't able to call anyone for us.

With a petit taxi you can easily get to this Riad from the train station. We were friendly welcomed with a cup of tea by a English speaking hostess. She also gave us a map of the city and highlighted interesting sights. This was a warm welcome. The room was roomy and modern. The Wifi signal was strong across the...

Everything in Riad Yacout was fantastic. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor, full of character, spacious and comfortable. The restored riad is truly very beautiful, with eye for detail. Warm hospitality and genuine friendliness, excellent breakfast and the best Moroccan diner we had in our 3 weeks in Morocco (although not cheap, relatively spoken for Moroccan...

We had a lovely time at riad yacout. The riad is very beautifull and our room was perfect. It is quite modern but with Maroccan details. The rooftop terrace with pool were perfect. The pool was a little dirty, the water was not clear, but that did not hold us back from enyoing the lovely water. One downside was that...

We had a family room for three of us and it was plenty big. The rooftop garden area was very pretty but the pool was really too small to use. It's very shallow and not long enough to swim. The food and the service were very good. Air conditioning worked well in the room. The suite was clean and beds...

We spent a great time at Riad Yacout. Nice owners always ready to help us. The Riad is very central located. Our room was well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the meals, real tasty specialities from Meknes, on the fresh and full of flowers toproof at night with a great view. In a word, go and enjoy this place...

We were driving around Morocco from June 4-15. Riad Yacout was the only hotel that we found no difficulty in locating on GPS. Clear direction and easy to find even it's in the centre of the medina. Free parking is right in front of hotel with a small tip to the attendant. Staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive. Food...

I stayed in this riad from the 17th of May till the 24th in room nr. 6 (the Znouba-room). :) I'm glad I stayed a full week. A week was actually much too short. When you stay there it feels like you are at home. The people are trying to make you feel very comfortable, like in your own house....
