The lobby definitely has a Moroccan feel about it: tile work, decorative arches and columns, wooden details. The room offered minimum - only one size of towels (large), not even a Kleenex, no décor. The beds were firm. Noise heard from above as walls and ceiling must be very thin. The food at dinner disappointed after the flavourful dishes we...

I recently stayed the weekend at Zaki. I found the facilities nice with a mix of modern and classic styling. I didn't have any meals there though they have a few restaurants on site. I did use the spa, had a nice massage. The staff seemed helpful and the cleaning ladies were attentive. If you aren't into partying definitely ask...

An expensive hotel that does not represent good value for money. Gives an initial impression of being luxurious but is tired in many aspects such as condition of gardens and swimming pools. Bathroom was also in need of a makeover. Friendly attentive staff but upon leaving one wanted a 10 euro tip for carrying a bag 20 yards. Owt for...

The staff are helpful and the hotel is clean. A grand tiled entrance and an extensive pool area and garden overlooking the ramparts. Free wifi. the...

I love this hotel! It's clean and comfortable with a nice pool and view of walled old city. The bar and clubs are spectacular! You must stay here at least a night if you visit Meknes. Downside there are no walking distance cafes so you will have to eat at hotel or catch a cab. In my opinion food is...

The entrance lobby and reception is very grand and very Islamic and belies the state of the rooms and the service. The rooms are way past due full refurbishment. The window in ours and others did not shut properly, you could see daylight all round it and it let in the rain and wind. Paint was peeling off the whole...
