The entrance lobby and reception is very grand and very Islamic and belies the state of the rooms and the service. The rooms are way past due full refurbishment. The window in ours and others did not shut properly, you could see daylight all round it and it let in the rain and wind. Paint was peeling off the whole...

Nice hotel with large rooms and comfortable bed. Like usual in this area there is no difference in smoking and no smoking so if you are lucky you get a room that do not smell to much. Nice and comfortable bar.

This is a really nice hotel. Fantastic interiors in the lobby. Very clean interiors. Rooms are a bit basic, but in a quaint charming small city in Morocco, one should not expect an international hotel chain luxury. The rooms are spacious, clean and well accessible. Hotel staff was very courteous, professional and clued into the individual guest. We were there...

The pool is very well kept; but there were some items in our room overlooking said pool which could have benefitted from the same sort of attention, namely the door to our balcony, the air conditioner and toilet. The door remained ajar even when latched. Said latch was barely affixed and will obviously give way (again) due to the strain...

I stayed at this hotel with some apprehension because of the numerous negative reviews on TripAdvisor. All in all, however, it was fine. From the outside it looks larger, more modern, and more western than any of the other three hotels where we stayed in Morocco. It has a nice garden and swimming pool, large, bright rooms with spacious bathrooms,...

A family memebr was getting married in Meknes, and the brides family have a home there, so they reccomended Zaki, We went as a group of 20-30 people and we had a lot of fun. The pool is wonderful,...

This hotel has wonderfull moorish decoration and a lovely garden with pool. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a terrace as well. The food for a hotel is above average, served in a beautiful dining room. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Thank hendric

“Many rooms run parallel to the major highway out of Meknes. Get a room overlooking the grounds. Not a particularly good view but it is quieter until the call to prayer at around 5am.”
