Have stayed several times however last time i stayed i ended up been bitten by bed bugs it was an awful experience . I then saw that a number of rooms were being sprayed. I tried in vain to complain the the reception and tried to email management and head office and didnt even get a reply. Very dissapointed.

They have not been trained as receptionists. Even interns can manage the customer’ s request better than they. They cheated the guest. They did not deliver the hair dryer until I brought a memo in French though they replied to do with the multiple calls. We waited for an hour with wet wet wet hair and finally they called back they did not understand what we requested. Besides they gave us the old information about the currency exchange office location. They do not update the useful, necessary and mandatory information for guests. They lack the hospitality as a hotel worker. We never recommend to stay.

This is an ideal hotel in case your are with one or two kids and you don’t want to go to a big resort. The hotel room has a double bed and a sofa which can be turned into a bed. The room is big and spacious. The bathroom is big enough and there is an hairdryer available. Negative sides are: No mini bar No safe in the room Not enough space to store your clothes and the space available is in an open area of the room. There is a swimming pool. Also one for younger kids. There are not much beds available at the pool. We were unable the get one during 3 of the 4 days we were at the pool. The music is to loud and if you don’t like French music you probably get very annoyed. Breakfast at hotel is very pricy. It’s better to go out and eat. Much cheaper and better. A very positive side of this hotel is the location. It’s close to a big mall(walking 5-10min) And it’s very close to the beach and Boulevard also just a 5-10 min walk.

I stayed in this hotel from the 05th August , i checked out on the 07th August ,the reception team needs a serious training on how to communicate with customers ,or replacing them with a totally new team ! unbelievable it took us almost one hours to get our room, one of the team was showing at his colleague/customers ,the other one can't find the reservation ...big mess ! plus no coffee, water ,towels... in the room ,am changing my mind about staying in Ramada brands anymore due to this that . i recommend people to check for alternative near by it is a total disaster'' hotel''.

After arriving by train to Tangier called them up. No, they didn't have any shuttles to the train station. Beware that they don't actually have ANY shuttle even though the official website says there's an airport shuttle. In reality, they just call a taxi for you, that's their version of shuttle. The frond desk says its a 5 min walk from the train station, well multiply that by 4 to get a real time estimate! We get to the front desk, the girl was helping someone. So waited behind the gentleman. As the gentleman was about done, 2 flirty local guys come and go directly to the desk. When my turn came from the queue, I told her I have reservation. She just waived her hand dismissively and told me I will call you. I was dumbfounded. I waited for them to get done. And she didnt call me, I had to confront her asking why I was asked to wait while I was the next one. She came up with some lame excuse. The check-in process was manual, they ask for your reservation no, save it. Once in the room there was one small bottle of water. the room was tiny, no closet. No pillow cover, no towel etc. I asked her to send me to a different room to which she said I dont understand! Anyway after waiting 20 mins and one more call - the towel, pillow covers arrived. The floor hallway was shabby which doesn't go with general new vibe of the hotel. The room and the bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable. Soon we went out to Hercules cave and the girl at the front desk hailed us a taxi for 350 dirham round trip. At that point we were not trusting of her. But she was right, you may not get a taxi on the way back. From then on she had been helpful. Unlike other places, they had no local maps. For us the location was not great. Its close to the train station but there's nothing around it like restaurants, convenience stores etc nor is it close to the beach. Its outside of all the actions in the medina. But they do have a restaurant thats open till 11 pm. We were out of town the next day. The following day was our flight. Again they called us a taxi to the airport for 400 dirham (their version of airport shuttle). The cabbie arrived on time and dropped us ahead of time. Oh and the breakfast buffet was ok (80 dirham per person). People did smoke in the restaurant. We just slept there at night for 2 nights. Still the next time I would avoid this and find something better and possibly closer to all the actions.
