This is an amazing place to stay, have lunch or simply a coffee. The park like gardens are simply astonishing and the views form the terrace are breathtaking! Villa Josephine is a colonial style house with a lot of history which you notice from the moment you walk into the door! The food and service was very good!

I have been wanting to visit Villa Josephine, after a friend told me about her stay. The hotel is colonial style, and the decoration drips with history. You really feel at home during your stay. Choose from multiple rooms to have a tea in front of one of the many crackling fires. The restaurant is very good, and the staff...

in short don't expect your usual 5 star hotel treatment. its not four season or park hyatt in terms of speed of service but its very special and luxurious. It has a soul...like going back in time with all the benefits of it. perfectly quiet with stunning views and gardens. clearly the best in tangier.

This place is stunning! Well I would say very special and made to relax. The interior fantastic chosen detail oriented and the owner also the staff super friendly. Don't go there if you expect a 5* London Hotel... because it's different.... more elegant. And if you have to wait a bit longer for food ... who cares you're on vacation....

Villa Josephine is where you need to stay when in Tangier. A villa in a Park in the mountains. It does not get better, unless you have a good food and a swimming pool, guess what, they do have them :)

There are so many positive things to say about this Hotel. Located in the Tanger Hillside, you enter by car into a tropical garden that is very carefully curated. Immediatly the time goes slow, the noise of Tanger fades and you enter this unique hotel experience. The Hotel is a historic building that rather conserves that to renovate. Rooms are...

We stayed for 10 days and loved the setting with stunning views and garden and a lovely pool and friendly staff but the service was achingly slow- 30mins wait for your drink to turn up; 90 mins for food- and the menu never changed and there were no specials! Added to which, not everything was available each day and the...

An old villa nested in the mountains, a hotel with 11 rooms and a nice restaurant, every thing have frozen in time in this villa, it's absolute serenity of old good times. Went there for an afternoon tea and it was rewarding and inviting for a future visit.

Amazing views and very nice staff in this lovely villa. The views over the pool with the beautiful sea are beautiful. The room had a nice tub and a romantic touch to it. We will be back very soon in this great hotel.
