We spent our first night in Tangier here - traveling with two teenagers, arriving after a long, long flight. The hotel had arranged taxi pick up at the airport. The entire place is beautiful! Lobby, common rooms, our family suite. We walked into our suite and were bowled over. Plenty of space for the four of us to spread out....

We had been in communication with the owners prior to our arrival. They had taxis waiting for us when we got off of the ferry. Bonus because they were not within walking distance. When we first walked in, we were all amazed how elaborately decorated the place was. We immediately set up spa treatments, but be warned. They were not...

The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and able to help. They speak excellent french and english. The rooms are clean, spacious and have great bathrooms with bath and shower. The foods are nice, but they can vary breakfast some more. Great flowery garden with swimming pool. Near the centre, but out of reach from the noise. View...

Rather disappointed after having read such good reviews. Rustic Moroccan decoration would be better than this decoration which tries to look like a sultan´s palace! The tropical garden turned out to be a lawn at the back of the house with a cold pool with a glass wall around it. The upstairs lounge is very un-inviting. Bedroom rather small. I...

We flew into Tangier with Atlas Blue and believe me it takes quite a while going through immigration. Once through, there are taxis waiting to take you onwards. My 2007 Loney Planet was way out of date regarding taxi prices. In the daytime, it's 100 Dhm from the airport to the medina. The taxis add another 50 Dhm in the...

Having arrived in Tangier via the ferry from spain, Dar Nilam arranged for us to be picked up, which was great. the place is really nice. when we arrived we had a chat and a freshly squeezed orange juice with the owner, who gave us some advice on where to go in morocco, which was really helpful. then we took...

The least I could do after the dellightful stay in DarNilam was to leave a comment somewhere on the web. This is an excellent place in which people are simply there to serve you. The very first day we came a in the evening, the beautifull rooms were full of roses everywhere. It was 10pm, the weather was very nice...

I stayed here just one night and reserved my room using their website. Though I had the cheapest room, it was very comfortable and even strewn with flower petals! The interior decor of this modern building is beautiful, traditional-style Moroccan with carved ceilings and genuine mosaic tiles from Fes. It really felt like being in a small palace. The hotel...

We experienced Moroccan hospitality at its best at Dar Nilam, a B&B in Tangier, and welcomed the peacefulness of being just outside the city hubub. Located in an upscale neighborhood with views of the Strait of Gibralter, Dar Nilam offers casual elegance unlike anything else we experienced at even pricier places in other parts of the country. The accommodations were...
