Hi, we are staying here in a couple of weeks for a couple of nights. We have never been on safari before and are not sure what to expect. My question is regarding recommended clothing. Do we have to stay covered up all the time, long trousers and tops or are there time of the day/evening when you can wear shorts etc? Thank you!

I am considering a holiday with Africa Safaris that includes overnight stay at Ikomo and other camps. I will be travelling alone (Female, 59yrs) and would like your candid opinion as to whether or not this sort of accommodation will be suitable. I'm not very brave after dark and am concerned sleeping in such places might be a bit scary!!
