Impeccable and friendly staff. This "camp" is on the outskirts of the Serengeti- wildlife is still very present, African buffaloes, giraffes, we even heard a lion roaring a part of the night during our stay. Yet we always felt very safe with some basic rules - never go around at

This an excellent place to stay. The tents are comfortable with unspoiled views from the front porches. Service is excellent, attentive, but not over-bearing. We even watched a world cup game with the staff one night. Only negative: the food was just OK. Not bad by any means

A bit far (45 min) from the main gate of Serengeti National Park but it is like a game drive even though it

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding your experience with our property.. We appreciate your feedback, and as you can see by the many Trip Advisor guest comments, we are maintaining our high standards and exceptional customer service. While we did some correspondence with you it was made clear that one adult and two children will be allocated a deluxe tent. Since our policy does not allow children to have a separate tent of their own the rate provided to you was of USD 770 per night for 3 pax (one adult + 2 children of age 10 and 15 years) on sharing basis and we also extended you with a complimentary Night Game drive. All our deluxe tents (triple) have the same settings of 2 beds and an extra bed. The camp runs entirely on solar power and so charging system in the tents is 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening since the camp is powered by solar energy batteries. However, light power is on for 24/7 except for the socket for charging which runs on a generator. With regard to the game drive that you mention which was not booked with us it appears that your driver-guide was not familiar with the area. Had this been booked with us directly we could have made your trip more comfortable and memorable. Our guests are our number one priority at the property and if someone is dissatisfied with their experience, we work very hard to correct this immediately and in a timely fashion in order to turn their experience around. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again as our guest in the future to create a more memorable stay.

Hi! are the game trip extra, or included with the stay? do they run all day? Thanks
Hi! The game drives are extra to your stay. We do ACCOMMODATION itself and GAME PACKAGES which includes all accommodation, activities, transfers etc thus, it all depends how you book with us. Game drive normally is a full day one...
