Quiet serene quaint hotel with neo-colonial architecture. The well manicured lush green gardens and lawns helps you retreat and unwind from the hustle and bustle of a busy day.Located within not far from the city and a shopping mall just a stone throw away makes it p[erfect for a shot business trip.Reliable wifi, friendly staff always willing to listen and assist.

The Bronte. What can one say. I've been here twice before over the last year and each time you feel so welcomed, relaxed with the fantastic staff and service, good food, amazing gardens and good rooms for a Zimbabwe hotel. ( If budget fits always get the executive suite. Worth the extra) Bronte Palms restaurant. Again I was served by...

This beautiful hotel was surrounded by a lush garden. Perfect for relaxing. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. There are two restaurant located at the hotel area, both of them are good. Breakfast outside in the sun surrounded by the beautiful garden is just like a taste of heaven. The hotel boutique sells beautiful handmade items. I would...

If you want to wake up to chirping birds & dew drops shining on the leaves & rustic colonial era stone villas which exude royalty..this is the place to stay. The staff at the restaurant that serves the buffet, is warm and hospitable. The walkways between the various wings of the hotel are artfully designed with African motifs and artifacts...

When I was a little girl, I would walk past the Bronte Hotel, and wish I could go in and explore the gardens. The gardens are still quite beautiful, and the hotel is lovely, but a little past her prime. The staff is exceptional, and the welcome is warm and friendly, in the way that only Hararians can be.

The one striking and pleasant feature of the Bronte are the beautiful gardens, and early mornings are filled with melodious bird calls. There is also a nice arrangement of sculptures throughout area. Reception is friendly and the overall feel is a touch colonial. Rooms are comfortable and there are a fair selection of television channels on offer. The breakfast is...

My rating of this property weighs significantly on my love for the colonial Cape Dutch architecture and garden experience. If you're looking for a plush 5 star hotel experience with contemporary furnishings and high speed WiFi... this is not your hotel and you will find it to be below average. I personally love this hotel and I have stayed here...

I'm not sure why this place gets the reviews it does. I had a very mediocre stay. Pros: The gardens are nice Cons: They tried to check me into a room my colleague had recently vacated because of a broken hot water heater. When protested they gave me a very moldy smelling and dated one (room #1). When I asked...

After arriving at Harare airport to find our luggage had gone missing and having to drive through the potholed and unlit streets, finding the Bronte was like an oasis in the desert. A beer, dinner and friendly service helped relax our frazzled nerves and a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed left us refreshed and raring to go do...

I stayed here while in Harare for work and would recommend it to others. Being able to spend the evenings sitting at the tables outside and in the gardens is wonderful; much better than feeling cooped up and stuck inside a hotel room. The food was always delicious, and staff were very helpful. Over the weekend I walked to the...
