A true gem set in a well established botanic garden type setting. Recently upgraded rooms were well kitted with good quality finishes. Highly recommended for any traveller seeking the perfect balance between price, tranquility, room quality and location convenience. Friendly staff are an added bonus.

Beautiful gardens, lovely meals, pool, friendly staff, and clean, comfortable room with TV, safe, and hot water pot. Also exercise room with TVs and variety of machines. Did not use pool as it did not look like it was chlorinated and water can be a health concern.

Stayed for one night only, after being in Harare for business. Check in was quick and efficient, room comfortable, if a little old fashioned. (This is an older hotel, so this was in keeping with the general decor) Good WiFi speed in room and public areas, free of charge, and not a capped data amount. Very pleasant to sit on... More

With the exception of having to need help with luggage to and fro room due to stairs, the hotel was amazing for the price and location. Definitely like living in a garden, with lovely lush green grounds. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous! A definite return if I ever go back to harare!

Make sure you request garden view. I appreciate that each room has a patio or balcony appeal that overlooks something beautiful on property. Also be sure to request a room that has AC and a full size bed not two twins pushed together. The service at the Bronte is impeccable! I would like to personally thank Silvester for going out... In my experience, the best hotel to stay in when in Harare. I have stayed in a few other hotels in Harare, but this one is the best so far. The food is very nice as well. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

this was my 3 or 4th stay at the Bronte and was not disappointed. The web access was terrific, the food was good and reasonably priced and the service was outstanding. For a truly fantastic dinner, make reservations at the restaurant at the back of the property. Terrific wine list and the food & ambiance was excellent. Not noisy so... More

We stay there a couple of times a month. Rooms are always clean and quiet despite its surroundings. Service is OK. Breakfast is very ordinary but sufficient.Bar is good but slightly expensive by Zim standards.

We stayed here for 4 nights in September, having stayed here a number of years ago. It is as nice as I remembered - or maybe even better. It is a sea of tranquillity very near the centre of Harare. We stayed for 3 nights in a standard room in the main hotel, which was very nice but on our... More

Bronte Garden Hotel is like an oasis in Harare town. Cottage style premises are set like a garden with nice green scenery including two pools. The hotel can accommodate a large number of people but you would not notice. Ideal please for business trip, seminars or short city trip. Very good service, food is ok however you might find more...
