We went to Pamuzinda Lodge for a 2 day Strategy session with 11 other work colleagues early January. The space we used for the conference was so calm and serene overlooking a river. It allowed our creative juices to be at their maximum and the brainstorming sessions we had yielded results. Our stay there was amazing! The staff were very...

A one night getaway with my parents for a brief break from Harare. The drive took about 1h15 mins and was pretty straight forward, although there are no signs on approach so you need to know where you're going. The reception we received was rather disappointing. The staff were not rude but rather disinterested (or extremely busy). We have been...

Stayed at little Shumba and found the lodge to impressive. Lovely friendly staff and an amazing getaway from Harare. Really can't fault anything would any say that at times the staff looked overworked and struggling to keep up with guests. Little Shumba comes as a self catering lodge and was unimpressed with the kitchen, the stove kept switching off, utensils...

I was looking for a couple of days in the bush before some work in harare. I didn't want to drive too far. Lucky we found Pamazinda. Really lovely lodge. From our room we had views over the river and the joy of regular sight of a fish Eagle. We even saw two bush babies from our balcony. Highlights for...

Great place if you have a short of time to go bush and just want to see some wild animals and photograph fairly close up. Chalets are fabulous, including private external daybed and shower in some chalets - apparently one chalet has a private external spa! Included in the rack rate is one daily activity such as animal game drive...

The Lodge is lovely and all the rooms that I stayed in had a small veranda that overlooked the little river that runs through it. It is a nice place to put up your feet and enjoy the beautiful gardens. At night time you hear the call of the lions and other wild animals.

The game drive was really informative and we even got to see lions. The whole experience I will never forget.

Was at Pamuzinda a week ago for a single day and night. Upon arriving at dusk, there were many impalas grazing in the lawns and Jasmine the Giraffe was there as well. We were welcomed well by Bridget at the reception. I liked the accommodation which gives a real safari atmosphere. I loved the meals very much, especially the salads...
