I enjoyed my stay at Gaborone Hotel.Nothing much to expect. They have a restaurant and a bar, which is very good. You have to order from the menu(which is a good idea)but sometimes what you need is not available.Rooms are nice but needs more improvement and maintenance(the door for my wardrobe felt down) Reception ladies very friendly and helpful.Special big thanks to Katlego...

This hotel is beside the central bus station so very lively outside. It has market stalls nearby and a large shopping center .Its facilities include a bar and a small Casino. It has a small restaurant although I didn't eat there. The staff are very polite and helpful. The room was well cleaned by the maids, But at night time...

the hotel is suitably placed at the bus terminal for non drivers. the smell of alcohol at the reception and noise from the cocktail bar intimidating. As for the diner, being i n one place with the cocktail bar lowers its standard. the dining area far from being clean. The receptionist was very lovely and helpful

The hotel is average and fits the low price,it has big clean rooms a reminder of it's former glory.it's between a railway station and a bus rank,it's very near a shopping mall which has good fast food outlet including Wimpy

The location is central of Gaborone business center and the price good for the service. I had twin beds but they could have been doubled. the staff were helpful though because they had cancelled my booking because I came late. I now wanted a place to wash and go for a meeting.

The property is old and as such it needs renovations. some wardropes need fixing, difficult to get the services of ironing may be because they are not enough. Also we see it that other service offers provide soap with foam and lotion. On one occassion there was just one towel in my room its not enough. Lastly let me say...

This facility needs hands on managers who have their customers need at heart. The security personnel must make sure that patrons goods/properties are safe all the time. Cocktail bars must have all wines

I love sleeping at Gaborone Hotel. My problem is that there is always shortage of towels. It is affordable and I would recommend it to people who do not have enough to spend on expensive hotels. It is next to the rank and I sleep there when I need to catch an early bus.

I made a booking on Booking.com and when we arrived at 8pm I was told by the manager there were no rooms available. Apparently if you don't show up by 6pm they give your room away. I did not see anything like this in the terms and conditions. I insisted they find me a replacement hotel, they did so reluctantly...

Gaborone hotel was quite cheap and in my opinion it was decent. Clean rooms, clean linen. The only problem was the location, right in the middle of the Gaborone bus rank. Getting in and out during busy times was a mission.
