This is an excellent hotel right in downtown Djibouti. Good and secure service with good restaurant and support service. Also extends outside. Good high speed WiFi, free. Good value. Ask for quiet room. Rooms have good air conditioning if you want it.Close to nearby restaurants.

It might be better to ask the Hotel directly, but you I think you can reasonably budget around $100 per room per night, so $600 for what you suggested.
