We stayed here as it was arranged for us and touted as a business hotel. Not a business hotel by US standards, we had a bed (very hard and wore out), a/c that worked, hot water that did not work well most of the time and could scald you at any moment, a poor TV, and spartan amenities. Advertised as...

Delta put bus loads of us here when they cancelled their flight - it was nice on the outside, yet not on the inside. Food is below par, service can reach demand, rooms do not equal the price you pay. Avoid Earl Beam!

My work requires me to travel to many african countries, most of which are much poorer than Ghana. I must say that the Earlbeam Hotel is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in... by far. All the classic problems are there: bad service, faulty A/C, bad water pressure, etc, etc, etc

This hotel has been built by a company who is involved in the importation of cheap Chinese construction material into Ghana and no doubt that you can see that. Despite the building looks nice from far away, inside it is far from nice. The rooms are spacious but the finish is rough. Everywhere they use energy saving bulbs giving the...

This hotel is a cross between Fawlty Towers and a Monastic Retreat, I would advise anyone not to stay here.Probably the worst run hotel I've ever stayed in. The services are poor, the internet connection is not good - at one time no connection for 3 days of my 7 day stay, long periods with no water supply, food is cold and...

The building is quite new, but with no maintenance. Rooms are big and clean, but the atmosphere is a bit "cold". I've to say that hotel management is bad, I had a bad experience with them: When I was stayng there there was a blackout in the neighborhood, power went down from 6 pm to 5 am: the hotel has...

It's a shame that people invest in a nice establishment, and then cannot manage it properly. This hotel is less than a year old, has nice rooms and is relatively clean. But the three rooms where I stayed all had problems. The first had air conditioning right over the desk, making it impossible to work there. The second has a...
