Needs updating including reliable internet (nightmare) but given my stay was in the midst of a period in the country with no government, no traffic lights, and no long-term Prime Minister it is not surprising that no one is focused on this hotel.

I have stayed in the hotel a few times over the years and only recently has it come anywhere near justifying its price. The lobby has 24 hour security and a small bank which gives great rates on money exchange.
