Our tour group of 10 stayed here at the beginning and end of 2-week tour of Madagascar. My spouse and I arrived a day early, and stayed a day later than the others, so we actually had 4..5 nights at this hotel. Our first room, # 310, was wonderfully spacious with a king bed, and multiple windows that overlooked the...

We liked the lobby, the atmosphere and restaurant. This hotel was quite good, but only When compared to other hotels in anta. Locations is quite central. The rooms were basic and small. Single beds for 2. Check in wasn't smooth. We left too early to try the breakfast

I spent a full day in Antanarivo before heading to Mauritius and I was pleased with the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and charming. Our room was on the small side, but who cares when you are traveling, as you should be out exploring! I will say that Madagascar offers a lot in...

I was traveling to Tana with a group of American middle and high school students and our original hotel gave away our rooms by accident, so we had to scramble at 10:00 pm to find a descent hotel that had enough rooms for 17 people. Luckily I found this hotel and they just enough rooms available, and they even threw...

Room dirty, small rooms, bad mattress, and very poor breakfast. The service is good and the location is nice but since few years they are not renewing the rooms and the hotel became old. They are more focus on making profit without giving the minimum conditions for a nice stay. For me the last time I stay there on my...

Very good location in the government district with many restaurants and clubs in walking distance. Good facilities overall but the spa and long indoors pool is not just 'good for Africa' but almost world class. Pleasant overall common facilities. Very good toilet and bathroom in the room, albeit a bit cramped. Room was OK and clean. Bed linen were clean...

There aren't many nice hotels to chose from in Tana! When our reservations at Sakamanga fell through, Le Louvre was available and able to accommodate our large group which required 10 rooms. The rooms were clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, the hotel was tastefully decorated and modern, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is a good option for central Antananarivo overlooking a park and in a relatively safe location though venturing out on foot after dark is not recommended in Tana. The rooms are nicely furnished with good showers and central heating. A very good restaurant and a very good shop where local artists often hold an exhibition of their paintings.
