Yes this hotel is now completely secured and one can experience while getting inside. Can expect all Radisson feel right from check in to well arranged rooms. Well equipped with gym, pool, bar and restaurant. Different ambience compared to external poverty stricken Bamako

Good security, clean and stylish rooms, gym, pool area very well kept, very good experience. Transport service to and from the airport. Personnel very friendly. Amex accepted. They have limited resources for exchange, use cash machines instead.

The Radisson Blu may not be "very good" by international standards, but it does have some advantages when staying in Bamako. The first one is excellent security. The hotel has made this a priority since the bombing here a few years back. The other advantages include a good gym, pool, and spa. One of the drawbacks is the main restaurant...

My first visit to Radisson Bamako, the hotel and staff are very friendly. The buffet menu as 'ok'... The major reason for the 'average rating' is that the hotel rates are extremely expensive in return for the value of what you get!

If you must go to Bamako, I would recommend this hotel. It is very nicely done and updated to a point. Security to get into the courtyard that gives you access to the lobby is guarded by a 15' high gate and all luggage must pass through metal detectors. How well that is done I really can't tell. Some weird...

Just stayed a few nights. Clearly security is prominent, it's more than just the cursory scan of luggage etc. and that's fine. The renovations made are seamless, since the issue few years back. Room was quirky in a good way. Lots of angles, partition, bar. I got a Business Class room, bed was good pillows ok. The hotel had a...

Stayed there for 3 days It is the best place to stay in Bamako Food is good and not that expensive either set menu or open buffet. Gym is very good option after long day. Try to have some cash from local currency or change of USD or EUR less than 50 like 20, 10 and 5. The issue is...
