A hidden gem in the City of Maputo. Conveniently located, close to all business centers yet private and safe. Staff are professional and efficient, but it is the bedroom that grabbed my attention when compared to other, better located guesthouses in the city: neat, comfortable and exquisitely furnished, beautiful bedding, crisp, fresh towels and super clean. A stunning stay in...

Have stayed in many different hotels in Maputo, and Palmeiras Guest House is my favorite. It is clean and modern, with a beautiful artistic flare. The breakfasts are great and the internet in the garden/dining area is pretty reliable. The only drawback is the limit number of rooms, so make your reservations early.

Palmeiras guest house is a perfect place to stay when you are traveling through Maputo. Its location is central, the rooms are adequate, and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. There is also free wifi and an extremely helpful staff. Choosing a small guest house is also a safer choice when staying Maputo over the large hotels.

I have stayed here last year for 3 times now. Every time great. Friendly staff, comfy bed, great indoor patio to chill out and pretty central location. Perhaps the wifi could improve as it didn´t work well in the rooms. Thanks to the staff for their kindness. Highly recommended!
