I spent 2 Days at Kashima, and had a great time! It´s calm and quiet, if thats what you need, but also close to the citycenter if you want some more action. If Windhoek has some? But its great for shopping and good food. :) It takes 10 minutes by foot to get there.
Jeanette and Jaques are the perfect hosts, Always make you feel welcome and at home!
I stayed in the little poolhouse, which was fantastic! Almost like your own home and garden. You can sit outside by the pool to read or talk to the dogs. It has a big bed, fridge, microwave and most of everything else you need. Breakfast is good with toast, juice, tea/coffee.
So if you are going to Windhoek for some days, and want more than anonymous booring hotelrooms, I really recommend this place!
