My husband and I stayed at the Galton Guesthouse for one night in the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. Each stay was great. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. The showers are warm and the air conditioner works well. The breakfast is very tasty with plenty of options. We didn't eat dinner at...

This feels like a really safe and reassuring place to arrive in the city, with warm and friendly staff, lovely rooms, good food and a nice pool for cooling off in. We just spent one night here before heading off into the desert, but I'd be very happy to stay here again.

I enjoyed an incredible overlanding tour in Namibia with wildlife and dunes and rock carvings. This city girl slept on the ground in a tent most of those nights. I am also a grandma so sleeping was a challenge in those conditions. When we arrived back in Windhoek I was delighted to land at Galton House, a true oasis. And...

Although located not near the city center this hotel offers you beautiful, clean, charming and big rooms. It has also a small pool. Breakfast was good. Hospitality is genetically imprinted in Nambians. Employees of this lodge are one example of it.

We stayed here when we started and ended our Namibian trip and enjoyed it very much. Good service, a good meal in the evening and some nice wines. Breakfast was also good. The place is nicely decorated with great wildlife photos. When we arrived we stayed in room 2 which was larger and better appointed than room 4 where we...

An overnight stop before our trip around Namibia. Lovely rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food for breakfast with birds visiting in a little garden section in the restaurant. Comfy Rooms.

Our plane arrived very early but it was no problem to already use our room at 7AM. Luxurous, swimming pool (bit cold), excellent breakfast. Save location. Excellent place to start our 3 weeks journey around Namibia!

We arrived starved, post lunch for check-in and were made to wait for nearly half hour at the reception even after producing the voucher, because the person sitting at the front desk didn't know how to look up for our booking in their system. After we insisted on talking to the manager, he brought another person to check on our...

We liked it here. Stayed one night only, but it was a nice room, and the common areas were cool, fresh and modern. Breakfast was good, with an open kitchen style that I like. Helpful front reception attendant, too; she helped with directions and general info.

I stayed in the guesthouse before and after my trip and enjoy both nights. It is a calm place (although you can hear neighboring dogs sometimes), secure, and friendly service. The rooms and nicely equipped, WiFi available and overall it was an enjoyable stay.
