For 10,000 naira, I expected a little more considering the history of the hotel. The shower was faulty as the water came from the hose and not the sprinkler. the AC was really loud and too cold with no control. Had to turn it off when I was too cold and then mosquitoes or something started biting my legs, like...

The pictures online look so good that you actually get deceived and get to book them. Only to arrive and every amenity can only be used by 1 person even when you are a couple. Only person can use the gym, pool and even the complimentary breakfast is supposed to be for one and all these were not communicated along...

Where do I start? In fact this hotel is horrible. Firstly, the staff customer service culture is totally shambolic. They are actually offended when you complain about a particular service. They simply don't get that they are in the business of hospitality. Then there is the actual service...oh Jesus! The floor are not clean, the bed linen has semen strains,...

I stayed at the Grand Ibro hotel (annex) on Sokode crescent. The experience was not too pleasant as first of all the standard room was a bit cramped, there was no pressure in the shower and water was hardly hot during my two (2) days stay even though the water heater was on the whole time. The 'buffet' breakfast was...

The hotel is owk generally but light keep goin off and it takes forever to come back on plus the bath tub has the grossest stain in it. They should work on that and other details like the window in my room had an opening in it and a light switch wasn't properly covered. Nice hotel overrall, 2 stars

I spent a few day at the hotel. The first room I got was had an unpleasant bathroom, therefore, I requested to be given a different room. Most of the staff were very friendly and willing to help, however, the waiters definitely need more training on service. Well priced, good room. Limited variety of TV stations, they only had 5...

This hotel is well ahead of other hotels with the same classification in Abuja. Though small and rather confined, the rooms were clean and relatively well maintained. Beware the restaurant because the service is very slow and the choice of breakfast is very limited.

“I think the rooms on the lower floors may have better pressure in the shower. I stayed on the 4th floor and the water pressure was terrible.”

“Ask to preview the room before checking in so as to avoid possibility of unpleasant surprises. Try to get a room as far away from the stand-by electricity generator as possible since frequent power cuts make this a very noisy area.”
