I stayed there in July 2011...not 2015 OK. Nice specious room, fresh food, and excellent management! Worth to be mentioned. The staff serves you with a big smile, always. To the city by taxi takes about 10 minuts. I go back there

It was great to return to Primrose Suites to see that the high standards, I experienced five years ago, were still upheld. The hotel is situated in quiet suburbs away from the chaos of central Kampala. Rooms are spacious and clean while the bedlinen is of a high quality and the beds very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly....

Tucked away in a pleasant and relatively quiet part of the city, Primrose offers simple but good quality accommodation. Rooms are generously sized, bathrooms are tidy and the whole place feels clean and well cared for. Staff are friendly an attentive and the food is good. There is free internet available. The only minor complaint after a hot day is...

I have stayed at this hotel at least a half dozen times over the last 3 years and it continues to improve. Good staff, safe, clean, warm atmosphere and even the internet is now solid. Recommend it as the best "mid-level" hotel I have found in the big city.

I stayed here for more than a month, so got to know the place well. On the plus side: the rooms are as other reviewers have noted clean and big and the beds are enormous; front desk staff are very helpful. It's generally a very quiet place. But.... Internet worked maybe 3-4 days during the whole period I was there....

For $70 for a twin room this seemed cheap and so expectations were not high. But on arrival we were welcomed warmly. The rooms were clean, airconditioned and carpeted (a first in Uganda) - really comfortable. The pool was small but clean. I would quite happily stay here again - good by any standards.
