The water would come brown at the beginning, there was hair is the bath. The TV would not work. The rooms atmosphere was old and unaesthetic. The price when registered didn't include local taxes and was confusing, a colleague got a much cheaper price going thru a third party booking system. I would rather look better options in tripadvisor next...

The rooms are smallish, and would need some overhaul, and the air-conditioning could not be adjusted when I was there (it was freezing cold). But reception staff are very good and efficient, and top marks for the food and service at the Seven Seas restaurant. Internet was said to be erratic, but I had no problems during my stay.

I came back to Sheraton again even though this time i Had a better options but may be the Team Leader Ian was still a better option. The hotel is wonderful, centrally located , wide range of options in the buffet and restaurant. The DIsc/Pub is just too good not to forget the wonderful staff too.

I've stayed at the Sheraton a number of times though I can't believe it shares a name with its cousin in Addis Abbaba which is a far much better hotel. This is my second choice hotel in Kampala and I've made quite a lot of friends here. The staff is friendly enough trying to pull of a world class service...

I've stayed at the Sheraton a couple of times now, and my experience was nothing to write home about. The rooms are somewhat dirty, the carpets have weird stains on them, and the bathroom has a sort of dirty look and odour to it. The treatment and attitude of the staff is simply appalling! I have stayed in worse hotels,...

Hotel is located on Nakasero, the hearth of Kampala's business center. It is home to the best seafood restaurant of country, Ecuador Bar is always busy with cool locals, an easy spot to find one night stand for singles of both gender. Entrance cafe has delicious machiato and some other coffees. So far all is good but wait till you...

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us and although you had a great experience in the restaurants and bars, your room experience was clearly not up to expectation. We sincerely apologize for this and management is working on renovation plans to mitigate the situation. We hope you will come back to the Sheraton...

After another older hotel in the city centre, the Sheraton was a welcome upgrade. Staff were courteous and helpful and it was quick to settle in the room. There was a lovely view and the room was well appointed with all the usual amenities. Wifi worked really well. The variety of food was more than sufficient and quality was up...

This was my second stay at this hotel. Given that it had been about a year and "new management" had just taken over around my first stay, I thought I'd give it a shot again. Not much has changed. Rooms are still tired, bathrooms still old, and I had a welcome party in form of a baby cockroach in my...

Dear valued guest, Thank you for your feedback, it is an extremely unfortunate experience that you had and not one that we aspire to provide to our guests. My friend and self stayed here for 3 nights this month. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no porter or bell boy to help us with our luggage. No welcome drink was offered. When we commented on the same, it was sent to our room. We had requested for hard pillows at the time of booking, but these...

The hotel has recently changed the management and from the place you stay at just because your company booked you there, it has turned into an attractive experience with great service, nice staff and exquisite food offer.
