Most of the waiters could do with additional training on efficiency, although one of the duty managers shows sincere interest in guests and look for solutions to their problems as well as good skill in proposing optional solutions.

The hotel needs a bit of a renovation as it’s showing it’s age and I don’t think it’s at the standard one should expect for the high rates they charge per night. I enjoyed the location though - close to all my meetings.More

Intercontinental charges about $210 a night for a double room that includes a free buffet breakfast in the morning and access to services incl the gym and swimming. Check in at 2pm and check out at noon.
