Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff, Good breakfast, great location. Our private room was too small for 2 people, no place to put luggage or walk around the bed.I really enjoy my stay in at Smyle Inn. The staff was nice and the dorms were comfortable. However, the place is a bit odd just because it is in an ally.... More

In one of the quieter corners of bustling Thamel you may find Holyland Guesthouse. The friendly staff here were most accommodating in making me feel welcome and when I desperately needed a shower on arrival they hooked me up with a bar of soap. I travel long and hard so I'm always on a budget and Holyland is probably the... More

The rooftop garden is beautiful and a great spot to drink your morning tea or get lost in your favorite novel. The staff is very friendly and always there to help with all of your travel needs. The manager is warm,... More

The room was fairly average and there was hair in the bed so I'm not sure whether they had changed the sheets. But hey, after... More

Literally an easy walk to everything - restaurants, shopping and even sight seeing. Clean rooms, friendly staff, hot water, wi-fi (even when the power is out), beautiful rooftop where you can sit and read, have tea or breakfast.

This is basic accommodation but if you're backpacking it's absolutely fine. The bed was hard but comfy, there was always hot water in the shower. They served reasonably priced breakfasts on the roof. When on the roof you couldn't hear the traffic from Thamel. This was a lovely place to relax. The wifi was hit and miss, but it was... More
