I had a problem with my shower.. as strange as it can sound i only had super hot water coming from both cold and hot.. on my last day I only had cold water. Also the plugs...

Purchased 3 rooms for 3 nights for 6 members of our party. The staff is amazing as well as the food. The hotel itself however, not so good. We stayed in rooms 301, 401 and 501. There were several issues with this hotel. 1) Electrical outlets do not work. Could not charge electronics. 2) Major water temperature issues. Cold gives...

I stayed this hotel only for last night during my business trip to Kathmandu. Wide room & bathrooms. So friendly Staff serve buffet breakfast with verities of fruits, bakeries & many other continental items. 24 hours electricity is another plus point of this hotel. It's the best hotel if you are looking for good hotel in Thamel

We stayed for 1 night before we flew to Pokhara for our EBC trek and then again for 4 nights following the trek. Overall, the hotel is quite new, has an included breakfast buffet (with eggs to order!) that was quite delicious, offers free airport pickup and rooms were spacious and clean. It was really awesome that the hotel staff...

We stayed here for two nights before our trek and three nights afterwards. Upon our arrival, the hotel manager greeted us with complementary masala chai tea. Each time we would leave the hotel to adventure out, we would be welcomed back with big smiles and the receptionists would even remember our names off by heart! Although at the best of...
