The rooms are a simple but for $8USD what would you expect. On our stay we had no hot water but that may have been caused by the power cuts and the rooms don't have toilet paper. The location is great across the road from the Mahabuddha Temple which is under renovation and only ~500m from Patans Durbar square. The...

One of the great and affordable Guest houses in the Patan area. I stay in this particular Guest house whenever i come to Nepal, because of its cleanliness, rooms are really comfortable to sleep, it's near to every sight seeing locations around the Kathmandu, and more of that it's just you will feel as you are staying at your own...

This is probably the best and cheapest hotel in this area! The rooms are small but nicely furnished and clean. An extra are the two rooftops from which we have a great view over patan. The staff is friendly as well! A minus is that the wifi range is only up to the 1st out of 5 floors. I would...

Patan doesn't have cheap very accommodation. This is probably the cheapest one. The rooms are clean, bathroom ok, we had hot shower only in the morning. Although they were empty they didn't want to bargain for the price. We payed NRS 700. It's an ok room for this price, good 5 min walk from the main square. They have free...

I had stayed in a lot of budget hotels by the time I'd stayed here and I can say it felt like one of the better ones. It had a cosy feel which was helped by a carpeted floor which some budget hotels don't have. The shower was hot everyday which was a major bonus as, again, not all budget...

The hotel is located just 3 minutes walk from the Patan Temple area. The room are big but a little old, the price-quality is ok. On the ground floor the wi-fi is working very well, food and laundry service are available. During the night is quite and you can sleep well! The staff doesen't speak much english and this is...

If you are looking for a place that is super economical, unbelievably well located, staffed by a family that practically adopts you as one of their own, and a rooftop terrace with mountain views, this is your place. While there are only the basic creature comforts - and these days you'll be lucky if you have water and some electricity...

“If the hotel isn't busy, ask to see a few rooms which is what we did and then we picked the one we liked best. Some are bigger than others, but they are all pretty similar.”

“The higher floors have a better view, and can more easily access the small garden terrace on the roof. Wonderful for breakfast and just watching the daily activities going on around the area. Ask for Rupendra, one of the brothers who owns the property, when booking.”
