I spent two weeks at the centre and would highly recommend it to others. Shivgiri and Bishwas are fantastic yoga teachers and I learnt a huge amount from them, the classes were really varied as well including mantra, asana, pranayama, and yoga nidra.
The accommodations were clean and basic, the service was very welcoming and accommodating. The yoga class was fantastic for all levels and the place was peaceful. Great weekend getaway with spa quality food and yoga without the upscale feel of a retreat focusing on amenities....More
