This is a great hotel, located at a calm and quiet area just north of Ringroad. I stayed here for six weeks during my studies in Kathmandu and felt very welcomed and as a part of the family from start. Prem and Lal-Maya are very kind and helpful and will do all they can to make your stay as good...

This nice hotel is located on a little hill top near Basundhara Chowki. All the main attractions are good to reach by Taxis and Busses which stop nearby. The rooms are quiet and very clean. Hot showers and wifi are available 24/7. Especially the breakfast was gorgeous with fresh fruits, curd, juice, muesli, toast, egg,... The family will make any...

We stayed for six weeks with the lovely couple, Prem and Lal-Maya, as hosts. From the start, they made us feel right at home. This hotel is more like stepping in to your relatives house where you always feel welcome, always get the help you need and great advice. The location is perfect as it allows you some rest from...

The hotel looks more of a home than a guest house. Lama couple made us feel like at home. This place is away from the dusty kathmandu roads and traffic din. The view of nearby mountains is not to be missed.

We know Mr.Prem Lama, chief of the hotel, and his family, from 1996, date of our first trekking to Annapurna with base in Kathmandu. We have been at Koumari Inn a lot of time, about 16. The hotel is located a little bit out of downtown: peacefull and quite place, no noise. Prem and his family take care of you...

Myself and two other students stayed here for 6 weeks and couldn't recommend it more. Prem and lalmaya along with their staff made us feel totally at home. Away from Thamel it is still near the ring road and a bus to Thamel costs 20 rupees and taxi back would cost around 300 rupees. It was a perfect location for...

Definitely the place to go when in Kathmandu, 5 minutes from Ring Road but yet in a calm area. Prem and his family are always taking care of you, from airport pick up to great dinners, with all kind of advices about the city and the country. Such a warm welcome is highly appreciated.

I had read the previous TripAdvisor reviews before booking my stay at Hotel Kumari Inn so had high expectations - I was not disappointed! I spent three weeks at this hotel in April and had such a lovely time. Booking was really easy as Prem (the hotel owner) is very efficient at replying to emails and we were picked up...

I stayed in Hotel Kumari inn for just over 3 weeks in April 2016 and had a truly wonderful time there. I completed an elective placement at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (only 15 minutes walk from the hotel!) and found this hotel through recommendations made by other medical students who had stayed in previous years. The hotel itself is lovely-...

Hotel Kumari Inn is a brilliant hotel on the north side of Kathmandu, near the ring road. I stayed there for 3 weeks and had such a wonderful experience. Every single member of staff was so welcoming and generous, especially Prem and his wife (the hotel owners). They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, and...
