Hi, like others, we went there but despite booking online, they had given out the room to someone else. There were other couples there too who had this problem. We found an alternative hotel quickly which was good and it was daytime which helped. It seems there is something wrong with the reservation system here as we spoke to others...

I stayed at the Hotel Manaslu in September/October of 2016 before and after my Everest Base Camp trek. This hotel was a great little place to stay. The concierge working at the door would greet you with a smile and a salute every time you would come in. The front desk staff was very helpful with exchanging money and giving...

The hotel location and overall view are good. The rooms are small and cozy but one can live for few days. The carving in the hotel and rooms is great. The only issue is that staff is non courteous. They do not know the requirement of the customer. If they have some night party, they can not serve you the...

We stayed for one night twice, first room cold and too light for sleeping. The other room was heaps better. Wifi ok. Breakfast was a little disappointing, buffet. The location is excellent, next to Raddison so easy to get back from Thames in a taxi. As always in Nepal, the service was good and friendly.

We stayed for a couple of nights after our trek to EBC in November 2016. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, the food was fine, and location handy for the airport and for walking into Thamel. A great place to recover after the trek.

We stayed here before and after a trek. The rooms are large with tasteful Nepali carved dark wood furnishings. Both rooms had two beds, a free-standing closet, cabinet with older TV, sitting area with a small table, desk with coffee/tea service (and 2 liter waters)and bathroom with a tub and HOT water. You need to ask for a hairdryer, and...

We had a lovely stay, rooms were great, big beds and the food was delicious! Such a great welcome! For dinner we were served from a buffet with great nepali dishes, some of them spicy and very tasty. The hotel has a great terrace, great for a coffee or an after dinner beer.
