Perfect Location, great service. The breakfast was quite good with cereal, fruit, juice, bread with a toaster and some hot food that varied. We could also request eggs to be cooked however we wished. They served coffee which was quite nice. There were lawns and tables and chairs if you wished to sit outside and have a drink. We ate...

A lovely clean hotel, centrally located in Thamel, yet with quiet rooms away from the noisy streets. The rooms are spacious and have nice hot water showers. The buffet breakfast also had a good selection.

We stay here before and after a trek to ABC. The staff were lovely and very helpful with luggage, tourist information, room service and all travel information. The wifi was good, the showers were hot, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is very close to the shops.

Samsara is a great hotel in the heart of Thamel that is also quiet and has a lovely garden to retreat to after the activity of Kathmandu. It is close to the action but located on a quiet side street which is ideal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us make phonecalls and contacts. The Director , Purushotam,...

From the airport pickup to the day we went out for trek, they treated us like family. The surprising thing...

The only downside about Kathmandu is that the power goes off for 2-3 hrs a day every day, but that didn't bother us. The meals...
