Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. We had a lovely room at the back corner with wonderful views of the Himalayas all round. The massive room was kept spotlessly clean every day by the really friendly maids. The first day we were disappointed with the lack of hot water and the strange electric system, but the staff were...

We enjoyed our stay in hotel Tara. Friendly staff, clean room, great location (quiet and next to lake Fewa). Wasn't any problem to store our luggage during our trekking tour. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Wifi is free and reliable, but could be a bit faster. All together we can recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights before and 2 nights after the trekking we did in the Annapurna Conservatory. We enjoyed the room with the Himalayan view and especially the guide/porter they provided, Govinda Giri. He was supporting and helpful in any matter possible, and became a friend in the end, making jokes and serve us where he could. We recommend...
