Hotel rooms is spacious, clean and comfortable and Its price was reasonable This hotel provided multiple hot and cold pools are free for in house guest. Nice hot spring facilities features both indoor and outdoor hot springs. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The breakfast is good and the view from restaurant is pretty nice. However, the transportation wasn't that convenient. If you start from Chiayi High speed train station, I recommend you taking a cab.

Multiple spa pools, hot and cold. Room above average on space. Comes with Bath and face towels. Shower gel, Shampoo, Hair dryer, Bath Tub, Toothbrush, Kettle, tea, slippers, mini fridge and TV. Breakfast however ends too early at 9:30 AM?! Not much choices, the usual Taiwanese breakfast of Porridge, bread, coffee, tea and eggs. Free and fast internet.

We spend 2 and half hours as part of day trip at this Resort> The mud hot springs, fish nibbling pool and hot pools were great. We were there about 9:30 and it was empty and we had the pools to ourselves for nearly the whole time. Totally relaxing and our 7 year old son really enjoyed the pond with...

I stayed in this hotel for a night enjoying the famous mud hot spring. I booked a package with a travel agent that included dinner and breakfast. The hotel looks good, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the hotel as a whole gave me an impression of reasonable upkeeping and maintenance though it is quite aged property. The...

Try not to stay here if you can. Rooms were dingy and breakfast was pathetic. Spa facilities were ok. Most things were self service - including luggage and seating at breakfast. Location is ok and just opposite is a good claypot roast chicken restaurant.

It's a dated hotel but the area is an excellent choice for hotspring lovers. Location is not convenient so I would recommend driving to the hotel. Do remember to bring your swimwear for the hotspring outdoor areas and cap are provided for your enjoyment. There is not much to raved bout the hotel room, let alone the breakfast. Personally I...

This hotel has one of the best few hotsping facility in Taiwan. With more than 6 pools, trees around, quiet place the hotspring include a mud pool which deserve a detour. The hotel also has good food but for me the best value is the hotspring

This Spa was one of the highlights of our trip. We took a taxi from the Chiayi HSR station at a cost of $30 USD. The room was very spacious and had a relaxing feel. The view from our window was mountains. We had a bathtub shower combo, inroom safe, free 2 bottles of water, mini-refrigerator, in-room a/c. Free good...

Staying in Taijiang National Park

Neighbourhood Profile
Taijiang National Park
Taijiang National Park is the 8th national park of Taiwan. It was established in December, 2009, covering land from Annan to Cigu. It has got its name due to the historical remains of Taijiang Inner Sea. The abundant wetlands and lagoons contain a diversified eco system, and hence, enable visitors to observe various birds and fishes. In addition to the eco diversity in the park, the footprint of and stories about ancestors developing the land portray the look of the fishery and salt industry of earlier days. It can also be imagined how changes have taken place over hundreds of thousands of years from a vast inner sea to present-day wetlands and plains. Getting on a pipe raft in Cigu area on Taijiang River is the best way to understand the ecology and landscape of the inner sea. Stepping on the sandbank is like ascending a no-man’s land. Visitors can overlook the blue Taiwan Strait, and traces of crabs on the sand beach could be found. On the way back, try the freshly caught seafood. Oysters and milkfish are the local delicacies, to name a few.
