Excellent for 8 years I've stayed there..you will not be disappointed staff is amazing. I had moved a pillow from sofa to bed because it was firmer for neck support. House keeping notice and put extra firmer pillows on bed with a note...wow

Room are big with good facilities. That do have a small Hot pool like the Japanese " onsen " so you can soak in take a warm bath to relax. They do prepare a recycle shopping bag for you too. I stayed at the San Want Residences for four nights and didn't want to leave. The room was very comfortable and the staff outstanding. Each floor is small, giving an intimate feeling when you get off the elevator, but there are enough floors to support a big buffet breakfast with many choices. Booked for 3 nights in a Studio Double room. The staff at this hotel are the real highlight. Always a nice greeting and willing to help you in any way possible. You can't help but be happy with the service at San Want Residences and they have staff fluent in English and Japanese.
