Although my room was quite small, it had excellent air con and wireless. The breakfast was not really what I wanted and I much more enjoyed the local food and even the seven Eleven had a lot to offer.

A very warm, friendly neighbourhood hotel with lots of free espresso coffee served in the main building cafeteria. Lobby reception man Tonny is a super friendly guy with high quality hostmanship, giving lots of good advice to travellers who are especially new to Taiwan. Generally good priced and comfortable hotel to try.

Do not expect much from this hotel.. room is old but still comfortable for a night stay. Breakfast was disappointing as there isn't much variety. We had 2 complementary breakfast but after the first day, we decide to seek our breakfast elsewhere. Location wise, there are quite a number of 7-11 and fast food near by so no worries if... More

we were assigned a room in building B, which looked way older than building A (featured in most official photos). Our room was on the 8/F floor, meaning we had to exit lift on the 7th floor and reach our floor by stairs with our luggage. The room wasn't small, but the bathroom design was problematic. Without shower curtains, the... More

Not exactly a most budget option but affordable with decent Taiwanese breakfast included. Best thing abt it is that it is within 5min from an exit of an MRT station (not exactly a convenient station though, need to change like to get to Taipei Station)

The hotel room had a big bathtub and it was quite affordable, about sing $100 a night near the train station. There's many market, local delis around and a 7-11 so you needn't worry about being hungry. As i was a solo traveller, the staff took great care of me without being too nosy. the cleaning staff was meticulous and... More

I guess they refurbished the hotel, but it's still an old hotel. Nvm, it's comfortable and livable. The rooms do not have any wifi, you have to go down to the cafeteria for wifi, this is a very bad down side. Otheriwse, it's conveniently located 2 minutes away from the MRT station. Nearby, a lot of local food, market and... More
