The hotel I located in the center, around 10 minutes walk from 101 Tower and along the main shopping drag but at the edge so you have a bit of peace and quiet. Service is great. Rooms are nice and spacious. The restaurant off the lobby is good and reasonably priced. The pool is a full 25 meters and 4...

I always stay at Le Meridien when I'm on business trip to Taipei. Recently I notice the services quality has dropped, and reception staff have been less attentive and helpful. It used to be a privileged place, but now it's always very noisy in the lobby area. Admittedly, it is still a good business hotel given its prime location and...

Good location but very poor/nil recognition for SPG gold. Front desk totally indifferent.i was told even members don't get upgrade. Everything felt antagonistic when I checked in - not even a thank you for being spg member. I'm surprised as I find recognition at other Starwood hotels pretty good. I won't stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is very nice, I like the design so much!! This time I am traveling with my family, check in was nice and smooth. The team leader Kyle Ho was very nice and professional !! Knowing I am traveling with a baby, he gave us an upgrade to one of their suites and making sure our stay is comfort!...

This is a very decent hotel for business visitors to Taipei. The lobby and surrounds are a bit austere but the rooms are very nicely appointed and very comfortable indeed. The bar is also a bit soulless but, deciding we needed a nightcap, we decided to give it a shot. I was a little worried that the young waiter was...

Have stayed at this hotel previously have always enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient as it is close to 101 where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. This was our first time here with a baby so didn't know what to expect. As I am a SPG platinum member, we got to check in in their lounge...

The hotel was ideally situated for me as my office is just across the road. The staff here are always very friendly and can't do enough to help. Their English is also very good (which is great!). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bed is so good you won't want to get up in the morning! As I...

Friendly and approachable staff. Room well lit with nice view of the city. Breakfast selection is a bit more limited than the usual Asian Hotel, surprisingly, no dim sum selection. Swimming pool is a bit chilly even though it was supposed to be heated.

I just got back from a 6 night stay in Taipei. It was my first trip to Taipei since 1991. I could not thank the staff better for 1) efficiency 2) kindness 3) professionalism. We got in at 9am in the morning...and that's very early for check in. But were able to get us in our room after a 13...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights. We chose the standard room during our stay. We did not know anything much about this hotel except that it was well located and there was a credit card promotion going on from our country. This hotel is new. The room layout is very good. There...
