I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could. Not only is the hotel located centrally in the Zhongshan district, it is clean and well furnished. Decent gym that closes around 2230 as well. The service staff were pleasant and showed great initiative to make your stay a comfortable experience. Extremely popular with Japanese tourists and it is tailored...

Stayed there for 7 days. Located is good. Very close to subway station with lots of shops and restaurants around. Service is good. Room is nice. I like the big shower and the design of separating the toilet and bath. Being a Japanese hotel, Japanese customers are the majority, thus creating a more quite environment. This is especially obvious in...

Dear Okura Hotel Management: We stayed at your hotel from January 28 to 31, 2017. We booked 2 rooms (one of which is a handicap-accessible room). We have stayed at Okura Hotel Taipei before during the Chinese New Year holidays because of its special handicap-accessible room required by my mother-in-law with stroke. We have been given free complimentary breakfasts during...

Luxury place for relaxation. The service are excellent. The Buffett on second floor and Chinese restaurant on third floor are quite good. After a long day you can take a sauna for relaxation on 21 floor before dinner. Location are super, many store and restaurants in the vicinity. Miner draw back when we call for extra two Nespresso capsule for...

Everything about it was 5 star. for me the location is very convenient also. close to the high speed train station and also my...

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to. Excellent service, fabulous breakfast buffet, good restaurants - just perfect place to stay. I decided to bring my wife here for her birthday on a surprise Trip. I had informed the hotel of the occasion and had requested for a cake. I was to arrive at the hotel...

Japanese and Taiwanese are known for their hospitality, you will not be shortchanged of this at Okura Prestige. This is the 2nd Okura Prestige Hotel I stayed in Asia. Just like my stay in Okura Prestige Bangkok, I had a very satisfying experience during my stay here. I will definitely recommend travelers to Taipei City to stay here. Room: Clean...

This is a hotel to remember, a great experience! Staff is amazing, room is great and food is delicious. Other hotels should benchmark the training they do for their staff: great management practices. Made the other hotels of my Asian Expedition just average. Thanks!

The became my first choice in Taipei. Reasons? Love their 'spa' on the 20th floor which is actually laid out like a Japanese public bath or hot spring. It is the perfect relaxation after a busy day in the city. The breakfast was good too though could have more authentic Japanese choices as it is a Japanese brand. The soba...
