I was hear 3 years ago, I returned because my experience that time was fantastic. Now it was the same. It is a very nice hotel, with an excellent service! Nice and wide rooms, with all you need! Good amenities. 3 restaurants. We used the buffet and Chinese restaurant. Both very good food in quality and quantity. It is expensive...

My husband and I, son and daughter-in-law, stayed at this hotel for a few nights in Sept. What an amazing experience, from the modernized fantastic rooms, to the service and beyond. Amongst one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Within walking to amenities like many restaurants, high end and everyday shopping etc etc. We loved our stay and...

I booked last min trip to Taipei due to my mom being in critical condition. 1. At checkin, there was confusion regarding breakfast. I was okay with paying in the end. What I was not okay with was the rude manner in which it was expressed to me. They then tried calculating something for me, and was furiously typing on...

Was trapped in the hotel recently due to typhoon and had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. Did not feel being trapped at all. The Japanese restaurant was great and the hotel staffs were helpful. Thank you!

The Okura Prestige is conveniently located near the Zhongshan metro line (so it's easy to get to anywhere you want in Taipei). Despite the hefty price tag, the stay is worth every dollar. Rooms are spacious (rare in Taipei) with a luxurious bathroom and nice touches. Service by the staff was excellent as well and the room was spotless. In...

I am saddened that I have received this low quality of service in a country that I love but hopefully this review will motivate the Okura to improve. There were a few service hiccups upon check-in which was eventually resolved. My comments are not in regards to those hiccups but rather, to what subsequently happened. I had asked to see...

This hotel was excellent. 5 min to Zhong Shan MRT station which is a very central point to a lot of places. All the hotel staff at the concierge and reception were extremely helpful. There were steam, sauna, hot spring which were free of charge. One free drink (either alcoholic or non-acloholic) was available at the restaurant on the ground...

We arrived at the hotel very early and was not able to check in yet. That staff offered to safekeep our bags and gave us maps of the area. They even suggested and showed us how to go around Taipei 101 and several museums. It was raining then and they gave us umbrella. Upon check in, the room was very...

Only here for a short 2 nights stay and is impressed with the quality of the service which is almost impeccable. Was given a nice room within minutes and the room is magnificently done with modern settings with a touch of comfort. The smart usage of sliding doors gave privacy and add space to the room visually. The separation of...
