This quirky little hotel is situated in the middle of the very trendy Ximendi district. It is run by a very friendly lady and her cute cats. We'd give her five stars! Our room was large and the bed very comfortable but could perhaps have been a little cleaner. Nevertheless we would definitely stay here again as we thought it... More

The hotel is 10 min walk from Ximen station Two ladies in attendance welcome our arrival The younger one is helpful & informative..speaks in Chinese..luckily we can understand & this helps alot There's a food outlet downstairs..& walking distance to a good buffet (refer pic) & shopping areas of Ximending The hotel may not be appealing to some but there's... Nice, simple and serves the purpose. 10 minutes' walk to nearest MRT is nothing to us since we were in the holiday mood. Location is just close enough to the shoppings. Room indeed small but parallel to the amount charged. Noise? We were too tired for it and fell into sleep directly everyone we come back. Overall, happy with the... More

Stayed here as I could not find any other hotel which was available during the new year period. Cheaper to book with AGODA than directly with the hotel. The double room was tiny and the bedsheet was the most uncomfortable one which I had ever slept on. The bedsheet was so badly worn than they should have them replaced. The... More

The hotel is located at the fringe of Ximending. If you are coming by metro, you would need to walk about 5-10mins to get to the hotel. The hotel is located on the second floor of the building. There are other hotel operators on other floors. It is a very old hotel and the rooms are small. We booked a... More

Room: A little on the smaller side, ok for its price. Location: Good, walkable to Ximen (7 min) and Taipei Main Station (10 min). A little difficult to find the first time, signage on street is tiny. Staff: Lovely ladies handling the counter even when they don't speak English. I brought my cell phone, they gave the password for their... More

I had read some really bad reviews of this hotel, but opted to stay here anyway as it was one of the most reasonable and centrally located hotels for a weekend in Taipei. I had a really positive experience here and I would definitely stay again if I was back in Taipei. The staff are so friendly, even though they... More

The room is small and dusty. I got a room facing the road, and I was awakened every few minutes by the noise created by the vehicles that passed by. Staff were friendly, and location is good as it is near Ximending. Not recommended for travellers who are looking for comfortable place to stay.

I originally booked in for 2 nights, but ended staying for 4 nights. My single room was small & a little dated, but I found it to be comfortable & had all the facilities that I needed. The bed was soft & I had two big pillows, plus I had cable TV, a fridge, a fan & an excellent hot... More
