This is a terrible hotel and could easily be run better. -All the hallways and elevators are dirty. Dirty finger prints and the smell of smoke. -the concierge is constantly trying to bring you to places he gets commission. -all of your bills and personal info are constantly on the counter of the reception. -the shower/bath didn't have anything to...

For the price you don't expect 4 or 5 star hotel but the photos posted by hotel imply much better quality rooms than the one I had. TV was old style, cupboards old and not organized and ugly refrigerator in front of the bed. All very misleading to what I thought was booked.

We stayed only for two nights at this hotel. We chose this place because two of our friends are also staying here and because of how easy and quick it was to get from the airport using the Airport Line. Everything in the room was old and smells old. We stayed on the 17th floor. There isn't any nice view...

Arrived in Thailand and had already pre booked this hotel. Good location next to the sky train for heading into the city. Rooms need updating and the bed bugs removing! On site restaurant is over priced and the gym opens at midday for some reason.... Would stay here again but only if I had too, minus the bed bugs!

wifi stopped working - staff were particularly unhelpful about it - no refund offered on checkout day I was told clearly to leave before 2 not 12 - yes I should have guessed 12 as that is the norm, but I am English and do know the difference between how 2 and 12 sounds - the 'manager' threatened to call...
