Love this hotel for its location close to public transport. Great restaurants and massage nearby. Of course most of all is the service. Was fortunate enough to stay with Executive club access. The associates were all amazing. Special mention to Michael and Eric who took excellent care of me. Loved the evening heavy appetizers , delicious soup and of course the wine and drinks! Bar set up and breakfast in the lounge pictured. Full breakfast in the hotel restaurant also superb with selections from all over the world. Pool and gym nice too. Thank you.
Been a regular here since it opened. The service is intuitive, discrete and professional. Some slight blimps on my recent stay. Some of the bathroom linen was worn and the bathmats slightly frayed. The red wine on offer at the Creative Hour was unpalatable. The four cheese pizza needed more cheese. (they did offer to replace it) Security guards now man the main entrance in place of the hotel staff. The security guards would benefit from training in English language. Everything else was excellent. Breakfast remains the best in Bangkok and beyond. Afternoon tea is just right. Room service food is wonderful Housekeeping is superb. All staff are highly professional and extremely attentive. Great to see Ms T back on the team. She is amazing.
Me and 2 colleagues stayed at the hotel for a week. Everything was perfect, from thé Room design to breakfast choice and quality to the spa & pool. Your big asset is really the staff. So nice and dedicated. It is rare and precious. Spécial thanks to Mery, Pao, Michael at the VIP lounge (as élite member we were there everyday), the massage expert Bung who is genuine and excellent. But basically everyone (i don’t have all the names) from the pool to the restaurant and reception. We will definitely come back when stopping in Bangkok 🤗
I’ve Stayed on club floor and had privileges to access to the lounge. The staff members at the lounge are just wonderful. Michael, the manager takes care of every single guest at the lounge and so as other staffs. Had great time staying here. I’ve visited here 10 years ago but it’s been very nicely renovated. The location is very convenient, I would love to stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok. クラブフロアに滞在して、ラウンジへアクセスできました。ラウンジのスタッフはマネージャーのマイケルをはじめ全ての方が丁寧にゲストに対応してくれていました。 施設もリノベーションされていて、使い勝手が良いホテルです。
All around great experience. I spend over 80 nights a year in Marriott hotels, and the club lounge on the 24th floor at Le Meridien, Bangkok was hands-down, the best club lounge experience I have had. Great breakfast; afternoon snack, and evening “creative” hour. Eric and all of the other staff go above and beyond to welcome guests, provide great service, and help with any other needs….all with a great smile. I could literally spend all day in this lounge, but then there are other things to in Bangkok! The spa was also amazing. I hope I can return soon!
Le Meridian! You have moved hospitality to another level with Ms. Tik who made sure that I was well taken care of. Ms. Tik made sure to greet me by remembering my room number every morning when I showed up for breakfast as well as when I went over for lunch. She was very cordial and friendly and made me feel very very welcome. I wish there were more like Ms. Tik. Thank you!
First class service from a welcoming and accommodating team, who really go out of their way to do all they can to fulfil your requests and make you feel valued. The new club lounge is great too; well run and you feel like you are chatting to friends when you visit. Thank you, Le Meridien Bangkok. You are still the best and only choice when visiting.
We spent 10 nights at Le Meridien Bangkok over December 2022 and January 2023. This was our second trip back after Covid and the experience is much improved with the refresh of the rooms and the new club lounge. We stayed on floor 18 for the first 7 nights and then floor 23 for the next 3 nights. Great rooms, very comfy beds, great shower and amenities. Rooms serviced to a high standard each day. Club lounge is great with Michael Guting managing the lounge. It was wonderful to see MIchael again - he really cares for each and every guest and goes out of his way to help with any issue. Michael was great with us to arrange a late checkout even through the hotel was very busy. Michael greets every guest with a smile and ready for a chat, while being extremely professional. Other great staff in the club lounge included Mary and Eric - both are very customer focused, very quick to refresh our drinks and offer any help that we need. Breakfast continues to be a highlight of the stay - wide selection, all great quality and eggs cooked to perfection. Gym is well equipped and the pool is a quiet oasis from the craziness of Bangkok! In summary, another great stay at this hotel and the staff clearly enjoy what they do. We have stayed at this hotel regularly for the past 8 years and continues to be a favourite. First return to Le Meridien after the pandemic. Everything has changed but in a good ways. Very refreshing. The first thing that I notice is the new BBQ restaurant (which I already put on my list for the next visit) and the outdoor space. Nice touch up for the room. Everything is almost all new even the staffs. Only few people which I can still recognize but the service is still top-notch. Special thanks to Jam and the team who always make sure my arrival and stay as comfortable as possible.
Absolutely brilliant stay in newly refurbished rooms and Club Lounge, made fantastic also at the Creative Hour by all the crew and the charming, super attentive team manager Michael. This is the reason we keep returning to Le M Bangkok. Thanks Michael and your entire team 🙏🙏😁. See you all soon!
