Friendly staff, excellent service & facilities. 10 points! It is not near the Bangkok airport but it's in the centre of the city:shoppings, restaurants, night -market just accross the street, and if you're interested, a lot of a go-go bars!!!

This place delivers what you expect from a chain like le Meridien. Personally i dont like the reception huge high and inpersonal space with very little comfort. The rooms are spacious and soundproof so good night sleep is ensured. Centrally located in the Silom area not far from bts and mrt. Would stay again.

Having stayed in many Meridian hotels around the world I have to say that this one has to be the best. The location the staff, the rooms, the facilities everything was just first class and so friendly and helpful. I can fully recommend this hotel to all travelers to Bangkok both business and leisure. From the front desk to the...

This hotel is one of the big chains so nothing really special, but all a hotel needs to have. It lacks a bit the personal atmosphere especially in the lobby which is modern and a bit cold. The rooms are clean, nicely maintained and do have everything you wish to have. Close to the night market pat pong also easy...

From start to finish our stay was absolutely excellent. On arrival at BKK I learned that my bags hadn't made it onto the flight and probably wouldn't be there to the next day. When I mentioned this to the front desk on check in they took my reference number and handled absolutely everything from there on, keeping me updated on...

I stayed at this property for four nights in July and felt the overall experience to be above average. I had a late check in around 10pm and the front desk was courteous and responsive. Throughout my stay, all the staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly and they do make you feel welcomed here. The location is both good...

Le Meridian was the first hotel that I stayed in Bangkok and haven't changed it since then. The location, staff, ambiance and the rooms are just perfect for a well traveled man like me. The staff are very friendly and informative for a new-comer. I would stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time after many visits to BKK - mainly based on the excellent reviews here. Upon arrival, I was greeted nicely and offered a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. This was definitely a good start - but unfortunately also the very final positive remark. Arriving in my suite, there was swealtering heat...

Thanks to everyone at Le Meriden in Bangkok! Our stay was very enjoyable and the service impeccable - our room, or should I say suite was wonderful and gave us the room to really feel at home. Really well located close to the sky train and good shopping centres. We were welcomed back each time by friendly and genuine staff...

Le Meridien was the first hotel we stayed it in Bangkok. The location was great with the Patpong market near by and a slew of really good restaurants near by. Every restaurant that was recommended to us by the staff was excellent. The staff were also really nice and help you with everything. Our room was spectacular with a nice...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
