This is exactly what a hostel should be. Very well designed, clean, great common area, great atmosphere, food, drinks, tour bookings, laundry. This hostel pretty much has it all. Location was also excellent. We had debated whether to stay on Kao San Rd. (the popular...More
We stayed in a Railway Twin room and it was perfect. Everything was clean, including the sheets, and the shared bathrooms were spotless. You're able to get a good night's sleep and not have people clambering about outside, and the rail link is an easy...More
The hostel is great! the rooms are nice and there are lots of people to meet there. There is an open area where you can talk and drink. The staff is helpful and you can easily get a cab to everywhere for just 70 baht.
Deffo recommend this hostel. It's very clean and very accommodating. The staff are lovely and even upgraded us to a private room... Free of charge!! It's a great location with lots of information within the hostel of what to go and see and book!

Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop
at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
