Finding this hotel was a pain. At around 10 PM, the reception and restaurant looked empty- reminded me of the song Hotel California. I stayed there for a night and the rooms were good. They aren't very spacious, but unlike other hotels had a nice look to it. I guess, the interiors were typical Thai. Can't really comment about the...

It is the second time I have stayed here at the Heritage, and it is super convenient to the sky train, restaurants and everything else you would need for a cheap and cheerful stay in Bangkok. I would say the hotel itself is slightly dated, however is extremely clean and well mainted for the age it is. Costs are low...

We loved the location easy to walk around market is within walking distance and lots of food and shops. however not too happy with the hotel and service: 1) beds are horribly hard, if you are a side slipper don't even bother (to be fair, this is through for most hotels we stayed in during the two week trip) 2)...

i wish to go again to this hotel. classic, cozy, and in the heart of bangkok. friendly and funny staff, and near to attractions and restaurants. The hotel is not so big, and it feels like a small home.

This was a nice and simple hotel in a very, very good location. Many restaurants around and close to transports. The rooms are clean and simple and quiet too. Wifi worked well. One thing that caught us off guard was the laundry -- be careful and ask for the prices before hand. We didn't get a warning that the pricing...

Worst hotel!!!! Book thru agoda, the information reflected in agoda is false!!!! I booked corner studio. There is no tv in the living room and there is no two bathroom. There is also no bath tub in the toilet! Enter the room, it is so run down, light is not working. The next morning, I went out to get breakfast,...

Where to start? I'm a travel journalist used to doing reviews and highly sympathetic to things going wrong. But my radar was up when I booked this hotel and read on previous Tripadvisor reviews that guests who had booked in advance turned up only to find they were moved off to the "sister" hotel in another location because of this...

Great location in the Silom area, walking distance to night market, subway, boat taxi rides to Wat Arun and lots of options for dinner. Hotel rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. Great value in Bangkok!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, set back from Silom Road and offering a peaceful haven in an interesting part of Bangkok. The service was faultless and the hotel represents excellent value for money

Stayed here 3 nights whilst processing visas. The hotel is in a good location. 5 mins walk to Surasak BTS and there are cafes very close by. First visit we stayed in a room on the 3rd floor which was very nice with a free standing claw footed bath. We were moved into 206 which Is to be avoided if...

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
